How to Test Waterproofing Before Use
Important: Always test waterproof performance with a tissue before placing your real device inside.
- Open the pouch and place a dry tissue inside — ensure the tissue is not caught at the seal.
- Close the sealing switch securely and fully submerge the pouch in water for approximately 4 hours. Weigh it down so it stays fully submerged.
- Remove, wipe dry on the outside, then check the tissue. If the tissue is dry — the seal is working perfectly. If wet, please contact customer service immediately.
Note: It is recommended not to use this pouch submerged in water for more than 3 hours continuously.
